WE ARE RECRUITING – LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

MISSION OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator to support our client’s industrial operations in Port Harcourt (Oil & Gas sector). The selected professional will ensure the efficient flow of materials, coordination of equipment and stock management, supporting field teams and project execution on site.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, monitoring and coordinating logistics activities;

• Warehouse management & stock control;

• Transport coordination (materials & equipment);

• Tracking of material flow between departments and suppliers;

• Support procurement processes & documentation;

• Interface with technical teams and project management;

• Compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or industrial coordination (preferably Oil & Gas / construction / heavy industry);
✔ Strong computer skills (Excel, inventory software, reporting);
✔ Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory;
✔ Knowledge of logistic procedures, warehouse control and stock systems;
✔ Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and problem-solving;
✔ Ability to work in multicultural environments.

MISSION DETAILS

Location: Port-Harcourt, Nigeria
Schedule: Monday to Friday (7am to 5pm) – Saturdays if needed
Duration: 1-year renewable contract
Rotation: 10 weeks on / 3 weeks home leave
